Our policy allows for returns and exchanges within a 14-day period. During this time, we are happy to accommodate refunds or exchanges based on individual circumstances and needs. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Faulty products
If the worst happens and your item develops a fault, please email us at info@snapitee.com. All items are covered by 30 warranty.
Depending on the situation and your preference, we will offer a refund, repair, or exchange for your item. Please note that the warranty period does not reset when items are replaced or repaired.
Faults caused by neglect, accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty. We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the fault. Any fault must be reported within a 30 days period to be eligible for coverage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

If you are returning an unwanted item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over AED 500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
If the product is faulty, please contact us before returning it to arrange the shipment. In appropriate cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Any shipping costs incurred before contacting us will not be reimbursed.
