Unwanted products:
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this time, we will be more than willing to refund/exchange depending on the situation and your personal needs. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Faulty products
If the worst happens and your item develops a fault, please email us at info@snapitee.com. All items are covered by 3 months warranty.A refund, repair or exchange will be offered depending on the situation and/or preference. Please note, the warranty is not extended when items are replaced or repaired.
Faults caused by neglect, accident, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered. We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the fault. The fault must be declared within the 3-month period.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@snapitee.com.Shipping

Please ensure you include your full address and order ID with the returned item.
If you are returning an unwanted item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over AED 500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
If the product is faulty, please contact us before returning it to arrange the shipment. In appropriate cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Any shipping costs incurred before contacting us will not be reimbursed.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
